SERVICES
DAY SUPPORT SERVICES AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES are a few services provided by Lifeline Residential Services.
RESIDENTAL SERVICES
LLRS is licensed by (DBHDS) Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to provide residential services. Currently, our facility houses up to 6 consumers and is established to provide 24-hour services to individuals in a relaxed and nurturing environment.
DAY SUPPORT SERVICES
LLRS utilizes community resources to provide the necessary services to enhance individuals transition to the community. There are a variety of services in center based and non center based programs. These programs are licensed and will enable the consumer to build skill acquisition, socialization and/or supportive employment.

Based on the individual's choice and personal needs, LLRS can provide community involvement during the day in lieu of a day support program.
